How your monthly cost works

Your bill for each billing period is the Standard subscription plus credit usage at a single rate.

Understanding StoreStreamer AI credits

Credits measure how much optimisation work you do. On a subscription, usage is billed through Shopify at $0.02 per credit.

1 credit normally covers one product or one collection.

A product uses 2 credits when you choose to optimise all images and that product has six or more images. Choosing first 5 images keeps the cost at 1 credit.

You are only charged for items that are successfully processed. Skipped and failed items do not use credits.

New installs receive a one-time introductory allocation of 25 free credits. Runs stop when those credits run out. Unused introductory credits are not carried over when you subscribe.

Before each run, the confirmation screen shows an estimated credit usage. Treat it as an upper limit—the actual amount is often lower.

Frequently asked questions

Is there more than one plan?

No. StoreStreamer AI has a single Standard subscription. There is no upgrade or downgrade between plans.

How is my monthly cost calculated?

Plan subscription plus credit usage. The Standard plan is $24.95 per month plus $0.02 per credit used in the billing period. The Dashboard shows an estimated monthly total (subscription, credits, and cost); Shopify invoices the final amount.

What happens if I use a lot of credits?

With an active subscription, runs can continue and usage is billed through Shopify at $0.02 per credit. On the introductory allocation, runs stop when free credits run out—choose Subscribe on the Dashboard to continue.

How do I subscribe?

Install StoreStreamer AI, then choose Subscribe on the Dashboard. Shopify opens the plan page for this app. View Subscription returns to the same Shopify billing page when you are already subscribed.

How do I cancel?

Uninstall StoreStreamer AI from your Shopify Admin. The subscription cancels at the end of the current billing period and will not renew. Content already written to your store is not removed or undone.
